I Purchased A Promotional Gift Card Will The Balance Be Updated?

Your gift card balance will be updated after the purchase. For example, if you buy a $100 gift card with a promotion offering $100 for $115, the gift card will automatically reflect the additional value.

You can easily check your remaining balance by logging into your account on our Vagaro website, under the 'Account Details' section.

Please note you cannot tip with gift cards.

To purchase a gift card, start by selecting a category and logging in or creating a Vagaro account. Then, choose the desired gift card amount and enter the recipient's name, email, and phone number so they can receive their digital gift card. Once you've filled in the required information, proceed to checkout. After completing your purchase, you will receive an email receipt, and the recipient will receive their digital gift card via email or text.

Gift Cards have no expiration.

To redeem a gift card, you will need to present either the physical card or the unique numbers assigned to your digital card. The digital gift card will be emailed to the recipient or linked directly to your account. The gift card value will be applied at checkout, after the service has been received.

Please note that tips cannot be accepted in the form of gift cards. Gift cards can only be redeemed toward the service price. Thank you for your understanding!

To book an appointment, please refer to the 'Book Now' tab in the menu to select the service you’d like and schedule your appointment.

At the end of your service, you can redeem your gift card amount. A credit card will be required to hold your appointment, but you will not be charged unless you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
